You can add real pomegranate stones by hand (sew them on with a colorless thread) to get a beautiful realistic embroidery, as shown in the photo.

To do this, you can skip the embroidery of pomegranate seeds or sew stones directly on them. In my photo, I embroidered the pomegranate seeds and added the stones by hand.
